The artists are expected to maintain regular touch with the customers through OilPortrait™ interactive platform and give a periodic update of the progress of the work.

We believe that OilPortrait.com, should act as an intermediate party between qualified artists and people who appreciate fine-arts paintings. To enhance and ease the interaction we have developed an interactive platform where communication between the customer and the artist, is closely monitored by the qualified expert of Oil Portrait group.

However, the decision of communication method between a customer and the artist is up to the customer to decide.

Option 1- The customer can decide to appraoch you directly by sending an email to your personal email or visiting your website. This means that OilPortrait.com does not charge commissions for selling/ordering your artwork, but instead only for the service of putting it online.

Option 2- Use OilPortrait ™ Platform to request a quotation, after completion of registration – in this particular case OilPortrait.com will intermediate between the customer and the Artist and follow up the order until completion. Including payment, deposit, schedule and others terms and conditions which would negation on behalf of the customer.

Artwork -- You are always free to request us to remove old artworks or add new ones.

It is recommended to send high resolution images of your artwork. We will create thumbnail version to speed up the process of browsing your images while allow your visitors to zoom-in and view a full-size, high-resolution images.

While no method can fully guarantee that your images will not be copied or duplicated, OilPortrait.com will watermark copyright signature on each and every of your full-size images.

Online sales & Search Engine Priority

All images hosted on OilPortrait.com are periodically spider by search engines. For subscribers with search engine priority OilPortrait.com will establish a dedicated sub-domain which includes your artwork images. This method familiarizes your name to various Search Engines and enable you choose keywords to be associated with.

Evaluation period

OilPortrait.com provides a 60-day trial period commencing at the time your subscription is initiated. The trial period is our way of giving you time to try the service out risk-free. It is meant for you, not for us. Your website will become visible immediately after approving your application and processing all information and images you sent us.

OilPortrait.com is committed to providing our visitors quality contents and service. We are therefore unable to offer free and unaccountable subscriptions. Therefore, OilPortrait.com keeps itself the right to monitor and control the quality of content in the website during all times –WE CAN’T GUARANTEE APPROVING EVERY SUBSCRIPTION or EVERY IMAGE.

Rate/ Terms & Conditionas

OilPortrait.com may, from time to time, modify T&C or discontinue plans. You are however guaranteed that your rate will never increase within the period of time you paid for.

Refund policy

OilPortrait.com uses PayPal to manage subscription payments which helps us to keep our rates low. Unfortunately due to that fact we cannot offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. We do however prorate any unused time when you switch between plans so that you always get the time you paid for. Please be aware of this policy when choosing a long-term plan.
