Search through the portrait database of oilportrait.com and find one that appeals to your aesthetics the most. Include the portrait you have selected in your samples selection. A thorough search of the database is strongly recommended.

Look for more paintings from the artist and choose more from those as well. The nature of the works you have selected will give the artist an idea about your personal preferences and likes.

Submit a quotation.

Once your quotation has been submitted, the artist may take up to 48 hours to compose his/her quotation and terms and conditions. This will be submitted to you without delay. Here, we recommend you to take all the necessary aspects of the quotation into consideration. You are about to make a deal with a prominent portrait artist and you need to be well aware of his/her previous works, total cost of the job, payment terms etc.

Confirmation by the artist and payment of initial deposit.

We will follow the order and demand the artist to upload a photograph of the painting at each stage to the platform. However, the frequency of the uploading may vary, as it is important to respect the artist’s own standards of what is a new stage or “progress.” But we assure the sincerest effort from our part to make it done.
