Once your quotation has been submitted, you will get a response from the artist within 48 hours.
You can mention the estimated time for the overall completion of work in the quotation and negotiate with the artist regarding this.
We recommend you to be reasonable with the deadline and not to persuade the artist to speedup the work. Our Costumer Care Team will make sure that the artist respects his/her deadline.
The artist will be regularly uploading the recent photographs of the work to your account at OilPortrait™. You can check the same and give your suggestions.
Normally an artist will be requested to give at least a weekly update. However, the frequency of the uploading may vary, as it is important to respect the artist’s own standards of what is a new stage or “progress.”
No work will be delivered to the customer before getting an approval from him/her.
We request you to carefully analyze the work prior to sending consent.

OilPortrait™ strongly recommends the customers to systematically follow the progress of the work after receiving the notification email. The tracking system has been proved an effective tool in implementing our customer satisfaction policy. However, it is necessary to mention that there are some constraints in each individual artwork that vary with specific characteristics and hinder an artist from strictly following the tracking system.
